The resort is located in a great spot, with easy access to good restaurants and the night market for dinner options. the beachfront location allows for peaceful and relaxing walks along the whole Lamai beach, providing a stunning view of the Thai islands. the rooms are spacious and clean, with friendly staff ready to assist you. the breakfast offers a nice variety of options, including delicious local dishes.

The resort could improve the quality of their umbrellas, as they tend to blow over easily and may cause inconvenience or potential damage to guests.

The location

The hotel needs immediate renovation, it seems to be a nice one, but 15 years ago, now it's dying. Plus the rooms they sell as "superior sea view" are of the same type as all the common rooms, it's far from sea but close to a noisy road. The breakfast is poor. The beach side is dirty. No wi-fi. We have moved to another hotel the second day, it was of the same price but much better in every condition.

The hotel's value for money was exceptional, especially considering the breathtaking view from the swimming pool area. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and ensured a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and the beds provided good sleep quality. Additionally, the hotel offered a tasty and satisfying breakfast that energized me for the day ahead.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. the pool was refreshing and never overcrowded. We also loved the convenient location, just a short walk away from the main restaurant and shopping strip.

The staff was not very helpful or friendly. We had a difficult time communicating with them, and they didn't seem very interested in assisting us with any of our requests.
